Due to a small admissions quota and a fiercely competitive admissions process, the University of Ibadan has provided a unique window to all UI POST-UTME applicants who are qualified but were unable to enroll in the Face-to-Face Mode of Study.
The University’s Mode of Study Application Portal (https://modeofstudy.ui.edu.ng) is where interested candidates in this category must make the shift from their current mode of study to ODeL.

The Premier University has established a seamless mobile classroom with specialized video-conferencing tools that can accommodate thousands of students simultaneously to bridge the gap in space, along with the complement of course materials and supplement of interactive sessions with the course lecturers, with the goal of extending the boundaries of learning through ICT-enabled borderless education.
The same university professors expose students in the ODeL Mode of Study to the same curriculum as they do in traditional classroom settings. They are qualified for mobilization for the NYSC program, appear for the same exams, and earn the same esteemed UI diplomas.

A minimum of five or six O Level credits in pertinent WAEC/NECO topics must be earned in one or two sittings, respectively, in order to enroll in the University of Ibadan. Candidates with distinctions or higher credits in A’ Levels, NCE, OND, HND, degrees from recognized institutions in appropriate subject areas, and work experience are eligible for direct entry and fast track.

Applicants who are interested in attending the top institution but were unable to sit for the JAMB examination can take advantage of this chance by applying and being accepted via the adaptable Open Distance and eLearning (ODeL) option.
The University of Ibadan’s website lists the undergraduate academic programs that students can access there to study via ODeL, and they are as follows:
