Vinicius Junior has been identified by Carlo Ancelotti, the manager of Real Madrid, as the player preventing Eden Hazard from joining his team.
Hazard’s tenure at Real Madrid has been terrible as a result of his injuries and inconsistent play.
The 32-year-old paid €100 million to go from Chelsea to Real Madrid in 2019.
Despite being in good physical condition, the Belgian has yet to participate in a single minute of La Liga or UEFA Champions League play since his return from the FIFA World Cup.

Ancelotti, though, stated the following during his pre-game press conference prior to Real Madrid’s Champions League round of 16 second-leg matchup with Liverpool on Wednesday:
Hazard doesn’t play because Vinicius, a player in his position, is performing exceptionally well and there is a lot of competition for him.
