Arik Air has decided to restore service between Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja and Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, as of Monday, May 10, 2021.
According to the statement, travelers coming from Lagos can connect to the service in Abuja.
The airline said that it would run flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays four times a week.
Every step of the journey will be safe and comfortable for passengers, the airline promised, adding that its staff is ready to treat passengers in the distinctive Arik manner.

According to Captain Roy Ilegbodu, chief executive officer of Arik Air, “We are happy to restore our flights to Maiduguri, in response to popular demand from our consumers for Arik’s presence in the city.
Passengers traveling on this route may once again count on receiving the legendary Arik Air hospitality and first-rate service.
Customers were urged to visit any airport or city ticket offices of the airline or book online for lower prices.
