David Adeleke, better known by his stage as Davido, has released his long-awaited album, “Timeless,” at last.
Early on Friday morning, the musician announced the 17-track project’s release to his devoted fans on social media.
The singer of “OBO” also discussed the creative process he went through to create his most recent album.
Davido thanked his fans and the individuals who helped the project get finished while also mentioning his wife, Chioma Rowland.
Finally, WE have returned. To put it mildly, the transition from my previous album to this record has been a whirlwind, stated Davido on Twitter.
After everything he had been through, he recalled sitting and gazing out at the ocean not too long ago and “wondering whether I might come here again… but because of your love and support, we succeeded.
I have so many people to thank for making this possible, but I must start by sending a particular thank you to the bravest person I know, @thechefchi!

Fave, Asake, Cavemen, as well as British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, multi-Grammy winner Angelique Kidjo, South African vocalist Musa Keys, and Jamaican Dancehall icon Dexta Daps are among the fascinating Nigerian and foreign musicians on the album.
