Femi Fani-Kayode, the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a former minister, has named several people who need to be detained, including Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party; Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party; Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP); Ifeanyi Okowa, the vice presidential candidate of the PDP;
“They (the DSS) should arrest those who seem to be behind this evil plot, including Peter Obi, Dati Baba Ahmed, Atiku Abubakar, Ifeanyi Okowa, and their countless spokespeople, associates, and foreign collaborators in order to find out precisely what their role in this matter is and the part, if any, that they are playing,” the statement reads.
